Internally this role is known as Administrative Assistant IV Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with VP Unregulated Business & Quebec, and his directors across Ontario in providing administrative support.
- Monitor and assist with Outlook, including handling calendars, scheduling meetings and proactively addressing any conflicts.
- Complete monthly expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely submission.
- Book travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transportation and itineraries as required.
- Lead all aspects of end-to-end event planning including both in-person and virtual.
- Maintain strong professional relationships and serve as a key contact for internal and external partners.
- Assist with special projects, data gathering, report preparation, and general administrative tasks to ensure meeting readiness.
- Provide support with managing agenda for leadership meetings, and coordinate communications and internal and external events in conjunction with Public Affairs.
- Handle internal communications to the team.
- Manage correspondence, filing, various assignments and general administrative duties as required.
