Description:
Exciting full-time Executive Assistant/Business Manager opportunity in our Risk Management Group to support our Financial Crime Risk team.
In this role, you will assist the Directors and wider senior management team.
You will be providing support such as:
- Assisting division leaders to manage internal reporting cycles and deadlines
- Assist in preparing and consolidating internal reports for weekly, monthly and quarterly global reporting
- Assisting division leaders to manage budgets, timesheets and engagement of external contractors and consultants
- Assist in diary and inbox management and coordinating internal and external meetings across time zones, including some minute taking
- Assist in some document management, SharePoint and intranet administration
- Travel and expense management, annual leave administration and other ad hoc duties
- Advanced PowerPoint skills well regarded
You are proactive, efficient, thrive in a fast paced environment and have an eye for detail. Your skills as a communicator, along with your ability to prioritise workloads and navigate conflicting requirements is what enables you to effectively manage and deliver results for a wide and diverse group of stakeholders. You enjoy working closely with others, flourish in a fast paced working environment and your strong liaison skills complement your command of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
