Description:
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS
- A proven track record of supporting and working at senior executive level
- A strong, confident communicator with both excellent written and oral communications skills, with the ability to interact with senior management and clients
- Ability to build relationships with and work as part of a team, ensuring seamless service to the firm and clients
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Confident in exercising own judgement and make decisions to prioritise, challenge, negotiate and influence
- Ability to balance multiple and competing demands and remain calm under pressure
- A solution-orientated approach to situations and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and MS Outlook
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as an ambassador and first point of contact for allocated Partners
- Provide comprehensive diary management, making decisions on your own initiative to resolve conflicts and maximise Partner time
- Proactive travel management to include researching and booking travel, creating detailed itineraries, and assistance with visas
- Facilitate logistical arrangements and attend events as required, proactively ensuring appropriate meeting spaces and catering is available
- Collate and process expenses and invoices ensuring compliance with policy and approval process
- Prepare and submit timesheets
- Engage with Partner teams to understand business needs and priorities
- Provide administrative support to strategic internal projects where required
- Liaise with EA’s within the wider team and the entire EY network
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY REQUIRE YOU TO
- Ensure documentation is prepared in advance of meetings
- Manage communications and monitor Partner email inboxes taking appropriate action, escalating, or delegating accordingly
- Prepare and revise internal / client documents prior to circulation
- Maintain client databases and updating contacts in our CRM system
