Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant (EA) to join our team in Christchurch on an 8 month fixed term, full-time basis, covering parental leave (with possible extension opportunity). As an EA at Cosgroves, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the General Manager Operations and the wider management team. Your ability to maintain confidentiality, your initiative, and your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive and comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager Operations and other members of the management team.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare agendas and take minutes for various meetings.
  • Assist with HR processes, such as onboarding/offboarding, employee records management, and process coordination.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of tasks.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Contribute to the achievement of the company’s goals by embodying our core values and fostering a positive work environment.
