• Assisting the medical managing director in day to day business
• Managing a business calendar with a keen sense of prioritization and time management to ensure maximum effectiveness of time use
• Coordinating frequent travels, which includes booking flights/hotels and preparing itineraries, both within Austria and internationally
• Independent preparation of correspondence, reports, presentations etc. accurately and professionally in English and German
• Transcribing dictated recordings (medical content) and keeping minutes in meetings
• Proficient in maintaining effective communication with international physicians and organizations
• Skilled in coordinating and streamlining processes to ensure smooth operations
• Strong ability to interact with international visitors and demonstrate competence in communication with health care executives and other high-level stakeholders
• Experience in managing relationships and fostering collaboration across border
