Description:

Coordinate Projects and Keep Things on Track: Lead the coordination and execution of key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are aligned.
Be the Voice of Our Executives: Craft, review, and send high-level communications on behalf of the GM and CEO, ensuring clarity and professionalism in every message.
Own Executive Schedules & Logistics: Manage the busy calendars of the GM and CEO, coordinating meetings, travel, and events with precision. No detail is too small.
Plan & Coordinate Events: Organise executive-level events, such as internal team meetings, client events, and external conferences, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly.
Executive Briefing & Research: Prepare briefing materials and conduct research to assist the GM and CEO in meetings and strategic decision-making.
Vendor & Contract Management: Liaise with external vendors and service providers, manage contracts, and ensure that services are delivered efficiently.
Financial Literacy: Support financial planning, prepare reports, and track budgets, ensuring executives have the data they need to make informed decisions.
Be the Go-To for Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, handling all interactions with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
Access Control: Manage access to the GM and CEO by prioritising meeting requests and filtering correspondences.
Assist with Personal Tasks: Occasionally assist with personal tasks and travel arrangements for the GM and CEO.
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments.
Proven track record in coordinating complex projects and executive schedules .
Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with an eye for detail in every document you create.
Strong financial literacy to assist with budgets, reports, and business documentation.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to write and edit executive-level documents.
High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Proactive problem-solver who can think on their feet and adapt to new challenges.
