JOB DESCRIPTION
Provides high-level support to the CEO and executive staff and manages administrative aspects of fundraising efforts. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and contributing to our mission. This is a full-time position. Salary range is $52,000 to $58,000.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in administrative roles, nonprofit experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor management software
- Experience managing a fundraising/development database preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
