JOB DESCRIPTION

Provides high-level support to the CEO and executive staff and manages administrative aspects of fundraising efforts. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and contributing to our mission. This is a full-time position. Salary range is $52,000 to $58,000.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative roles, nonprofit experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor management software
  • Experience managing a fundraising/development database preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
