Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

Independently completes a wide range of administrative activities in support of a one or more managers who are responsible for leading a group or department
Schedule regular meetings, taking actions and be responsible for sharing meeting minutes
Prepare and provide status updates to internal teams as needed
Organize events, employee engagement events etc.
Monitoring and track progress of priorities and initiatives and escalate any areas of concern
Displays ability to appropriately interact with leaders during occasional interactions inside the organization.
Effectively prioritizes the needs of the office, as prescribed by established guidelines, managing competing requests and switching focus as needed; often must negotiate prioritization of administrative activities with/among higher level team members/managers.
Evaluates non-standard problems and uses judgement to develop appropriate solutions or procedures.
Activities often reflect elements of the professional discipline supported (e.g., HR, Risk, Finance).
Performs advanced, diversified and sometimes confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organizational policies and procedures
Screens calls and visitors and resolves inquiries.
Makes travel arrangements and maintains calendar of appointments for assigned manager(s) and/or team.
Completes all billing and expense activities, manages supply orders and resolves associated issues on behalf of the office, manager(s) and/or team.
Effective collaboration and communication, including information exchange with internal and external contacts globally is required
Expected to address and/or identify the level of urgency and escalate as necessary. May provide advice/training to new or less experienced team members.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:

Bachelors degree or relevant culmination of professional experience preferred
7-10 years of working experience preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to perform and deliver in a swift and timely manner
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive, confidential issues and importantly ability to build relationships
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
Well organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet assigned deadlines
Background within the financial services sector preferred
