Are you a proactive, highly organised professional looking to make a real impact? Step into an integral role as Executive Assistant to our Managing Director and Founder, supporting strategic projects, optimising workflows, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this multi-faceted position, you’ll blend personal assistance, project coordination, and team facilitation, enabling our Managing Director to focus on high-level strategies. You’ll have ownership of key tasks, creating a streamlined environment that allows the MD to delegate confidently and focus on growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Task Prioritisation & Planning: Conduct weekly task-planning meetings to review and organise the MD’s priorities, both business and personal.
- Diary & Schedule Management: Comprehensive calendar management, with daily focus check-ins to align on priorities and address potential obstacles. Always one step ahead in reminding the MD of tasks, emails, and projects by priority.
- Representation & Communication: Act on behalf of the MD in various capacities—responding to emails, calling clients, setting agendas, coordinating communications and overseeing accountability across company projects and teams.
- Project & System Support: Assist with marketing initiatives, business expansion efforts, presentations, and proposals aligned with the MD’s vision.
- Meeting Coordination: Organise and attend meetings on behalf of the MD, take minutes, assign actions, and ensure follow-ups.
- Workflow & Efficiency Improvement: Identify ways to enhance processes, propose proactive solutions, and track progress.
