As an Executive Assistant, you will support our Executive Leader of Magic: The Gathering and Duel Masters. You will handle the daily management of complex and time sensitive workflows, including logistical planning for meetings, scheduling and calendar management, coordinating travel and expenses, and other essential business matters. You are someone who possesses a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, communicates professionally and effectively, and has a passion for working alongside a world class team!

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all executive leader’s administrative duties including scheduling, calendar management, processing expenses, purchase orders, and travel management.
  • Connect with global and regional employees and external partners to coordinate ongoing meetings both internally and externally.
  • Coordinate team events including weekly team lunches, weekly staff meetings, holiday events, and offsite events.
  • Proactively manage competing priorities, with strong time management skills and minimum direction.
  • Navigate a hybrid team environment, consciously managing in-person and remote executive and team needs.
  • Manage the studio’s administrative duties, including product ordering, in-office product inventory management, and studio-wide meeting invitations and email aliases.
  • Handle confidential information that requires discretion in communication for business purposes.
