Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years’ experience in PA role or similar eld
- Bachelor Degree
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally 50% of time or more
- Previous travel experience preferred (professionally or personally)
- Driving license and proven driving skills
- Excellent administrative skills
- Flexibility and commitment
- Interest in the Company’s business and goals
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good time-management skillsTact, diplomacy, and confidence
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attending Management and Board meetings and writing minutes.
- Managing business schedules and making appointments.
- Screening telephone calls, enquiries, and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
- Organising and attending meetings, and ensuring the manager is well-prepared for meetings.
- Handling a wide range of information requests.
- Collecting information for reports.
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
- Handling confidential information.
- Arranging travel and accommodation and traveling with the manager to take notes or dictation.
- at meetings and to provide general assistance during travel.
THE SCOPE OF THE EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT’S ROLE CAN BE EXTENSIVE AND ADDITIONAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
- Carrying out specific projects and research.
- Responsibility for accounts and budgets.
- Taking on some of the manager’s responsibilities and working more closely with management.
- Being involved in the decision-making process.
