What role will you play?
You will be responsible for the diary management for your team whilst being in regular interaction with assistants (internal and external companies) including coordinating conference calls managing different time zones, booking business travel – including accommodation etc.. You will also be answering all correspondence and managing tech and equipment for new starter set-ups, whilst also using Concur for raising purchase orders and paying invoices via Coupa, arranging team social events whilst dealing with domestic and international couriers.

  • Proven track record in providing Executive Assistant support within the Professional Services industry
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach with the ability to fully understand the nature of the business and priorities within the team
  • Extremely organised with excellent attention to detail, follow-through and excellent time management skills, working well under pressure
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to exercise appropriate judgment and discretion, especially when handling confidential information
