Responsibilities:
- Proactively support the Heads of 1) Business Development & Commercialization, 2) Issuer CSD Services and 3) Eurobonds Business / Member of CBL Executive Board
- Manage complex calendar and scheduling requirements internationally including preparation and follow-up of meetings
- Organize international travel arrangements and process of travel expenses
- Organize, prioritize and handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure appropriate action is taken
- Prepare various correspondence and documents for the management; edit and proof correspondence and documents
- Organize and drive key team events including on and off-site meetings and team-building events
- Overall ordering processes including on- and off boarding of external service provider and respective communication with third parties
- General office management including related month-end tasks and time data responsibilities
- Assist with regular internal reports
- Processing of all pending organizational and administrative tasks for Management
- Preparation of presentation documents, reports, analyses and decision-making documents in English
- Assume further responsibilities related to business management where capacity permits
