Description:

We are recruiting to fill the position below:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative position.
- Proven track record of supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management, staff, outside clients, and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage presentations on Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Manage and maintain the MD’s calendars, including scheduling appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Arrange logistics for off-site meetings and events.
- Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
- Prepare and process expense reports and reimbursements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and minutes.
- Ensure the MD is well-prepared for meetings with relevant information and documents.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed for executive projects.
- Oversee the maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve administrative problems with minimal supervision.
