Based at our 64-acre site, sitting in the heart of Sheffield, we are looking for a Legal Assistant. This role will involve providing a high level of administrative support to the Legal department and EA duties supporting the Executive Team at Sheffield Forgemasters.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the General Counsel & Company Secretary and the Legal department.
  • Coordinate executive communications, including calls, emails and interfacing with customers.
  • Diary management.
  • Prepare internal and external reports, presentations and other documentation, as required.
  • Coordinate meetings, including communicating agendas, minute taking & distribution, room / venue bookings, equipment set up and refreshments.
  • Manage travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate requests for information from internal and external stakeholders and provide a first point of contact for all enquiries.
  • Maintain an organised paper and electronic filing system.
  • Create and collate management information and produce reports.
