Digital Technology is a globally distributed organisation that is responsible for developing and maintaining all of the technology within the LEGO Group.
Marketing and Channels Technology, which is one of nine departments within Digital Technology, is an organisation of about 500 people.
We have people in our offices in four locations; London, Billund, Copenhagen and Shanghai. We are responsible for all of our commercial and marketing technology from LEGO.com to all the services that support our customers (E.G Instore payment, loyalty programme , Customer Service, Virtual Product Showroom). You will be part of a team that is fast-paced and connected to some of the most exciting outcomes that The LEGO Group is working on today.

Responsibilities:

CALLING ALL EXPERIENCED EXECUTIVE ASSISTANTS IN THE TECHNOLOGY REALM! DIVE INTO A HANDS-ON ROLE SUPPORTING ONE OF OUR SVPS IN DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY.

Showcase your organizational finesse as you handle calendars, coordinate meetings, and drive seamless administrative operations. Join our dynamic team and be the crucial force behind Digital Technology leadership excellence.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work with the SVP of Markets & Channels Technology (MCT) and support the SVP in their role leading this global department:

  • Coordinating the SVP’s calendar across multiple time zones considerately; including 12-month schedule planning for direct report 1:1s, corporate, team and project meetings.
  • Arranging of multiple global travel arrangements, agendas, entry requirements and management of expenses claims.
  • Crafting your role by observing meeting discussions and coming up with value adding suggestions to improve collaboration and bring the LEGO Group culture to life.
  • Preparing agendas, arranging logistics , attending team meetings and maintaining action logs for; Leadership Team meetings, Department People Leader meeting and Global Department Townhalls.
  • Playing an active part in the MCT Leadership Team.
  • Supervising timelines including Finance and HR activity to ensure timely action by the leadership team.
  • Raising purchase orders and clearing invoices for the SVP.
  • Collaborating closely with other executive assistants in multiple time zones to arrange meetings with senior partners with conflicting diaries.
  • Acting as main point of contact for queries relating to the digital working space in London and implement action to ensure that everyone has a great experience .
  • Setting up and support events for the Copenhagen Digital team; (Lunch & Learns, Breakfast meet ups, Quiz)
