Responsibilities:
The focal point of this role is to provide administrative support to the VP Medical Affairs GEM (Growth & Emerging Markets) in a complex international environment in the MedTech industry. As a member of WWM (Worldwide Medical) team you are coordinating with the GEM WWM Team as well as with WWM piers and Functions globally. A major responsibility is the administration of Grant process which documents the interactions with HCPs for global WWM GEM initiatives and the related administrative tasks.
Furthermore, you will provide administrative support to the Global Privacy Officer with travel and expense management and occasional organization of onsite meetings that require onsite presence at the Zurich office.
This role is also responsible for organizing Company CEO visits to Western Europe and his plant visits in this region including complex logistics and travel schedules for the whole trip. You will be the connecting link between the CEO’s Executive Assistant, the Senior Management and the local Management teams. This requires close alignment with CEO’s EA and other Senior Management Assistants, and the site managers and their local teams for arranging all logistics of the site visits and the Townhall at each site.
