What role will you play?
As an Executive Assistant in Real Estate within Macquarie Asset Management Private Markets, it will be your responsibility to assist a team of Executives as well as assisting with the day to day running of the office. Your responsibilities will include, extensive calendar management (booking meetings, managing conflicts and booking rooms/catering),travel arrangements including producing comprehensive travel itineraries. You will also likely to be processing invoices and monthly expense claims with the responsible team in conjunction with producing and coordinating documents for client meetings (printing, binding, scanning). There will also be additional ad hoc office duties and support such as organising events for the team/ external clients.

What you offer

  • Strong Microsoft Outlook experience, working across different time zones; coupled with:
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and strong MS Outlook experience
  • Ability to balance conflicting priorities and make decisions accordingly
  • Proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to anticipate needs of team members and act as necessary
  • Working as part of a teamStrong verbal and written communications skills, in both German and English
