Title and Summary
Executive Assistant
Overview
The Executive Assistant will report to the Senior Vice President, Technology Strategy & TransformationI. The role includes performing general administrative duties such as scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements, expense reporting and calendar management.

Role

  • Responsible for all administrative and operational activities, which includes, but is not limited to scheduling complex in-person meetings and conference calls across time zones, global travel arrangements confirming visa and other travel requirements and expense reporting.
  • Coordinates logistics for more complex meetings/activities, i.e., internal, and external meetings including various business events and handling ad hoc projects where assigned.
  • Uses discretion and care on a regular basis when working with sensitive/confidential data pertaining to the department or Mastercard
  • Works as a team with other Business Assistants in Mastercard to ensure alignment and operational coverage, serving as an administrative liaison with others inside and outside of the company

  • Professional presence, excellent relationship management skills, self-motivated and effectively works with others at all levels of the organization including senior leaders, executive management, and external clients
  • Must have a solid track record of executive administrative experience in a corporate environment interfacing with senior and executive level management and customers
  • Strong decision-making, ability to act autonomously and creatively solve problems with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively, managing time and multiple commitments to deliver results in a highly cross-functional, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate confidentiality, good business judgment and diplomacy when involved in high-level contact with internal/external stakeholders and exposed to sensitive information
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills; proficient in Outlook
