We are currently looking for a new member for the People & Culture, Employee Wellness & Workplace team to join us in the position of Executive Assistant - Maternity Leave.
Working Place: Sonae Sierra’s Central Offices in Maia

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, secretary or administrative assistant
  • Experience of 3 years assisting Executives as a plus
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Resourceful and proactive
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support (preparing letters and documents, filing, data entry, translations, etc.)
  • Preparation of Presentations and marketing materials preparation
  • Schedule and assist with appointments, meetings or conferences
  • Plan and book travel arrangements
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Set up orders for services or goods
  • Greet and attend to visitors, taking over reception when required
  • Answer incoming calls, providing information, taking messages or redirecting the calls as needed
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
