Description:

Norco are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level professional and administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Senior Executive Team (SET).
The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational skills and technical capability, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
In this dual-purpose position, you will ensure the smooth operation of the CEO’s office and foster effective communication within the organisation, promoting a cohesive and informed company culture.

Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant will include:

  • Provide exceptional administration support to the CEO and SET.
  • Manage and prioritise the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Plan and manage annual off-site meetings, functions and events for the wider leadership team on behalf of the CEO.
  • Manage internal and external calls for the CEO as required.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Ensure timely and accurate expense reconciliation.
  • Manage and maintain the corporate sponsorship register.
  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure consistent, clear, and effective communication across the organisation.
  • Draft and disseminate internal communications such as memos, newsletters, and announcements on behalf of the CEO and SET.
  • Coordinate and manage internal events, including town hall meetings, employee engagement activities, and other corporate events.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication efforts and suggest improvements.

Our ideal candidates will possess:

  • Proven experience in an executive assistant role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • High level of integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Drivers licence essential
