As the Executive Assistant to the NTS Chief Development Officer (CDO), you’ll be at the heart of our strategy and growth initiatives, helping NTS solidify its position as the world’s leading provider of transport and logistics solutions to the nuclear sector. The CDO also leads the NTS Solutions and Shipping business lines, ensuring the safe and secure delivery of our global operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience across multiple areas of our business.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Support the CDO: Extend the reach of the CDO by providing technical and strategic support, driving internal projects and initiatives, and liaising with clients and customers.
- Meeting Management: Prepare for and attend selective meetings, supporting and acting on behalf of the CDO.
- Information Triage: Handle incoming information and enquiries, deciding on appropriate actions, escalation, or sharing.
- Coordination: Act as the key interface with the NTS COO Office, ensuring smooth coordination and prioritisation of tasks.
- Reporting: Compile, interpret, and review various reports, including budgets, performance, and assurance reports.
- Preparation: Prepare for meetings and external engagements, coordinating with the CDO Personal Assistant and stakeholders.
- Scheduling: Work closely with the CDO Personal Assistant to manage time, travel, and meetings effectively.
- Conflict Resolution: Collaborate with the wider leadership team to identify and resolve conflicts quickly.
- Networking: Build a network of contacts within NTS, NDA Group, and externally to support organisational growth.
