Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including calendaring, time management, and preparation for both internal and external meetings.
  • Lead and execute team events, social gatherings, offsite meetings, and more.
  • Provide on-site support during key events and coordinate logistics for major meetings.
  • Prepare detailed agendas, travel itineraries, visa applications, and materials for conferences and social events.
  • Handle daily scheduling, coordinate both domestic and international travel, and process expense reports for senior executives.
  • Facilitate clear and efficient cross-functional communication.
  • Embrace a growth mindset: be curious, dream big, take risks, and learn from mistakes.
  • Manage expense reports, process vendor invoices, and handle supplies procurement as per departmental needs and budget.
  • Provide extended support to other teams as approved by the Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage staff onboarding by coordinating with hiring managers to ensure all necessary tools and access are provided.
  • Act as the primary coordinator for office vendors, overseeing the procurement and delivery of daily supplies.
  • Support logistics and coordination for executive visits and manage arrangements as needed.
  • Collaborate with the DEI council to support and organize CSR/DEI events.
  • Bring passion and energy to the workplace, embodying UiPath’s values of immersion, humility, boldness, and speed.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Positive attitude and enthusiastic team player.
  • Strong research skills and proficiency in computer applications like MS Office, Coupa, Jira, and Concur.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of internal staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Ability to complete tasks promptly with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong planning and decision-making capabilities to develop and implement office programs.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • This position requires being onsite at our Singapore office from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday.
