Job Description
We are a fintech financial institution specialising in currency trade and money transfers and is looking for a highly dynamic Executive Assistant to join our Business Services team.
Do you have a knack for an all-rounder role? Yearning for a regular, consistent job scope and yet will not back off when you are asked to spearhead in something different? To us, backoffice work does not mean just repetitive work.
While ensuring that our daily routine tasks are covered, this role will sometimes be required to put on a jack-of-all-trades hat to support new business initiatives in turn-key projects.
If you are someone who is comfortable with numbers and yet can takes an occasional challenge in the daily grind by its horn, we are looking for you.

Job Responsibilities

  • Reports to the Head of Business Services.
  • Point of contact between the management and all other stakeholders.
  • Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally.
  • Manage accounting paperwork, including bank reconciliation statements and monthly accounts with external bookkeeper / auditor. Assist in budget preparation
  • Preparing internal audit reports highlighting control gaps and non-compliance with the Group’s policies and procedures.
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to management team
  • Provide human resource support such as recruitment, payroll and managing employee records etc.
  • Facilitate meetings workshops, conferences, seminars, events and business-related activities etc.
  • Support business development work for turn-key projects when needed. Assist with preparation of PowerPoint presentation slides.
