DESCRIPTION DU POSTE :
Nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) Exécutif(ve) à Temps Partiel polyvalent(e) et proactif(ve) pour assurer un remplacement de congé de maternité pendant 12 à 15 mois, à partir d’avril 2025. Ce rôle consiste à soutenir le PDG en gérant des tâches professionnelles et personnelles, en assistant à la gestion financière, en coordonnant l’équipe et en intervenant dans d’autres rôles au besoin pour garantir le bon fonctionnement de l’entreprise.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Part-Time Executive Assistant to provide maternity leave coverage for a 12–15 month term. This role supports the CEO by managing professional and personal tasks, assisting with financial management, coordinating with the team, and stepping into other roles as needed to ensure smooth operations across the company.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3–5 years experience minimum in an Executive Assistant role with personal assistant experience.
- Marketing and paid ads background is an asset.
- 5 years driving experience minimum
SKILLS:
- Proficiency in Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and related tools.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and Dext/ReceiptBank (or similar accounting platforms) for managing expenses.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Flexibility for occasional on-call tasks.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, travel arrangements, and personal appointments.
- Oversee household tasks, including hiring and managing vendors to address various issues as needed.
- Handle payroll, hiring, and general human resources functions.
- Run errands in and around Montreal, such as granting access to workers at the house, driving the CEO’s car for maintenance, or providing airport transportation when required.
- Manage the company’s team, organize events, and support with planning and logistics.
- Assist the Controller in managing both company and personal expenses, including using QuickBooks and Dext/ReceiptBank for credit card matching, tracking, and reconciliation.
