OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and facilitating effective communication within the organization.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems.
  • Strong proofreading abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
