Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:

Full EA support to CEO and CFOO:

  • First point of contact and gatekeeper for CEO and CFOO
  • Diary management
  • Inbox management for CFOO
  • Managing complex schedules
  • Visa applications
  • Expense management
  • Organising meetings (internal and external)
  • Organising lunches and dinners (internal and external)
  • Updating client and contact databases
  • Screening calls
  • Travel arrangements and visa applications

Working closely with Company Secretary & Legal Counsel:

  • Organising Board schedule.
  • Liaising with the Board.
  • High-level contact with investors and executives internally and externally to organise meetings.
  • Administrative support with projects.
  • Creating and amending PowerPoint presentations.

Other:

  • Providing cover when other secretarial members are away.
  • Assisting with general company-wide administration duties as required.
  • Ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Have an understanding of the regulatory environment, and values and abilities consistent with the FCA conduct rules.
