QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of strategy, financial principles, and budget control, Excel skills will be an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to our Chief Product Officer.
  • Various ongoing tasks related to activities to support the CPO and Product leadership team
  • Drive internal meetings, follow up on decisions, and support in strategic projects
  • Manage operating forums, document and communicate decisions and actions items from meetings. Ensure follow up and closure of action items to increase accountability.
  • Support with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Monitor financial performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed. Works closely with stakeholders in Finance, P&O, and across the company.
