Reporting directly to the President, the Executive Assistant will play a critical role in managing the President’s schedule, coordinating executive communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. The ideal candidate will have exceptional multitasking abilities, outstanding communication skills, and a strong sense of discretion.

Job Responsibilities
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance, including managing and maintaining the President’s calendar.
- Arranges travel and accommodations for the President.
- Coordinate and prioritize the President’s daily activities under the guidance of the President to ensure effective time management.
- Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of the President, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, management team and clients.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by the President.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Similar role supporting senior executives.
- Experience in managing calendars, coordinating travel, and handling communications.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise absolute discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
