The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing secretarial support to Group Head HR optimised, Talent Acquisition and administrative support to HR team, enabling the team to advance Prudential’s initiatives, goals, and strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- A detail-oriented self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Someone who exhibits sound judgment with excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Resourceful, can-do attitude, a team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across Prudential Group.
- Minimum 5 years’ prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Able to work in fast-paced environment and with the ability to multi-task
- Motivated individual and good at solving problems

Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the HR Optimised and TA Heads to support all aspects of Heads daily work routine, keeping the leader advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Maintain the calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, travel arrangements and expenses report. Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs.
- Receive, screen and direct incoming enquiries, visitors, mail and email with tact and diplomacy.
- Use business software applications to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, and potentially respond to routine correspondence and inquiries. Exercise confidentiality in supporting HR team’s work.
- Organise events and provide administrative support to department activities.
- Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time as needed.
