Job description:
You will be placed in a key role within the company, with the main objective of fostering cooperation between operational departments. The individual will work closely with the General Director of Reschio, as well as with other members of the management team. We are looking for an organized, proactive, and passionate person, ready to integrate into a dynamic environment, with a strong team spirit.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Director in coordinating the needs and meetings between various departments, ensuring clear and timely communication;
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and various documentation, assisting in daily management activities with precision and attention to detail;
  • Support the General Director in defining and following strategic priorities, helping to maintain focus on company objectives;
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism, ensuring necessary confidentiality;
  • Identify new organizational solutions to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency;
  • Design and implement company initiatives and oversee their execution;
  • Assist the General Director with internal and external initiatives towards stakeholders;
  • Facilitate and streamline company organization and processes;
  • Apply and enforce company policies, procedures, and directives to the team;
  • Manage relationships with partners.

Skills and required background:

  • Proven experience in similar roles, preferably from holdings with diversified businesses and in international settings;
  • Degree in Economics or Management Engineering;
  • Strong ethical and value-driven integrity;
  • Solid management and problem-solving skills;
  • Intellectual flexibility and quick decision-making;
  • Proactivity with a positive attitude and the ability to anticipate management needs;
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly evolving work environment;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
