Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our team. This position is based in the professional services industry in the Washington, D.C. area. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide support to the CEO and Executive office, managing complex logistics, preparing presentations, and liaising between various departments and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and coordinating all itineraries in MS Outlook
  • Assisting in special projects, including the planning of events and engagements
  • Coordinating and arranging travel for the CEO and other executives
  • Preparing and editing PowerPoint presentations for clients
  • Ensuring efficient management of changing schedules
  • Proofreading and editing documents in MS Word
  • Liaising between various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and issues
  • Assisting in the maintenance of accurate customer credit records
  • Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
  • Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

BS/BA degree
5 years experience in executive administrative support of senior leadership
Calendar management experience, proficient in MS Outlook
International Travel arrangement experience
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent communication skills
