Description:

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing executive-level support to the Senior Director of Design and Special Projects and the Performance team while managing a wide range of administrative tasks to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS-

  • Must have a passion for shoes and fashion.
  • Follow set Skechers procedures and protocols, as well as updating the team with any changes to procedures as advised by teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Exceptionally fast typer. (60 WPM)
  • Exceptional reading and comprehension skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-

  • Bachelor of Arts degree in business, communication, marketing, or related experience is preferable.
  • 3+ years of progressive administrative and/or coordinator experience, including support of multiple managers and involvement in concurrent project coordination.

Working knowledge of the following platforms is helpful:

  • Concur (travel and expense management)
  • DocuSign (electronic signature and agreement cloud)
  • Dropbox (file hosting service)
  • Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Forms, OneDrive, Outlook, Power Automate, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, Word, Google Docs, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Stream, Teams, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to learn additional platforms.

The pay range for this position is $80,000-$120,000.

Responsibilities:

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES-

  • Additional responsibilities as needed and assigned by the Senior Director of Design and Special Projects.
  • Personal assistance with direction of Sr. Director of Design and Special Projects (not limited to running errands, personal tasks, and communication with outside parties).
  • Personal filing with discretion as needed.
