We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to Senior Directors. A critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the business, you will play a part in contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

This Executive Assistant role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the success of our organization by providing top-notch support to Directors and can be broken down to the elements below:

  • Calendar Management
  • Efficiently manage and coordinate complex executive calendars, including scheduling and prioritizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Anticipate potential scheduling conflicts and proactively address them to optimize time.
  • Communication and Correspondence
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, exercising professionalism and discretion.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread executive-level communications, emails, reports, and presentations.
  • Meeting Coordination
  • Organize and coordinate executive meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and distributed in a timely manner.
  • Record meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Travel Arrangements
  • Manage all aspects of global travel, including itinerary planning, booking flights and accommodations, and preparing travel expense reports.
  • Confidential Information Handling
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Project Management
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects, initiatives, and events.
  • Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a representative of SLR Directors.
  • Prioritization and Time Management
  • Prioritize tasks and projects effectively, ensuring that deadlines are met and the team’s objectives are accomplished.
