POSITION OVERVIEW
Our client is seeking a dedicated executive assistant to join their dynamic team and support their Founding Partner in Singapore. This role is crucial in managing administrative tasks and providing assistance to support business activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable to flexible working hours, and comfortable with occasional business trips.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Good command of both Mandarin and English.
- Work flexible hours to accommodate business needs (business dinners, events etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at engaging effectively with stakeholders across all levels. Attention to detail, with time management skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Provide extensive administrative and secretarial support to the Founding Partner.
- Assist in coordinating business trips for the Founding Partner and handle expense reports.
- Manage the Founding Partner’s calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating internal and external meetings. Facilitate communication and collaboration among executives, team members, and external stakeholders.
