Spire is looking to for a high-energy, Executive Assistant to work with our Executive Team. This person will support the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Legal Officer on initiatives across all aspects of the business. Responsibilities:

  • Extensive scheduling and calendar management for C-level executives.
  • Intricate travel management for CFO and CLO.
  • Travel assistance for executive team and other staff members where needed.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders in multiple time zones.
  • Expense management for executives.
  • Assisting executive team with PowerPoint presentations.
  • Quarterly Board Meeting organization.
  • Manage general office tasks, including but not limited to arranging conference rooms, directing inbound calls, scheduling meetings, greeting VIP’s, etc.
  • Working on C-level initiatives.
  • Working with General Counsel in support of legal department related activities.
  • Ad-hoc requests outside of work hours / weekends.
  • PA tasks on an ad-hoc basis.
