Spire is looking to for a high-energy, Executive Assistant to work with our Executive Team. This person will support the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Legal Officer on initiatives across all aspects of the business. Responsibilities:
- Extensive scheduling and calendar management for C-level executives.
- Intricate travel management for CFO and CLO.
- Travel assistance for executive team and other staff members where needed.
- Liaising with key stakeholders in multiple time zones.
- Expense management for executives.
- Assisting executive team with PowerPoint presentations.
- Quarterly Board Meeting organization.
- Manage general office tasks, including but not limited to arranging conference rooms, directing inbound calls, scheduling meetings, greeting VIP’s, etc.
- Working on C-level initiatives.
- Working with General Counsel in support of legal department related activities.
- Ad-hoc requests outside of work hours / weekends.
- PA tasks on an ad-hoc basis.
