We are recruiting to fill the position below:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Standard Inovation global is looking for an Executive Assistant, will work directly with the Managing Director and will be responsible for supporting and planning, administration, communication, reporting and following up the needs of the Managing Director undertaking a variety of tasks to support his vision, strategy and tactics.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of Higher National Diploma in Administration, marketing and any related field.
  • A 3-year of work experience as an Executive Assistant is required.

Skills:

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Strong Microsoft Skills for common apps.
  • Ability to take and record accurate notes/minutes in complex meetings.
  • Constantly consider where we can ‘do better’ – be enterprising.
  • With integrity, honesty and openness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
  • An ability to manage time and workload efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments, and maintain and update supervisors’ daily calendars.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, plan logistics, and submit expense reports.
  • Screen all incoming phone calls, inquiries, visitors, and correspondence, and route accordingly.
  • Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
  • Manage complex office administrative work requiring the use of excellent initiative.
