Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to work alongside our CEO, with the aim to make their day-to-day life more effective. This is a role for someone who thrives in an ever-changing environment and is as comfortable with high-level responsibilities as they are with everyday operational tasks.

WHO WE ARE

  • Take a look at our Funnel benefits!
Funnel is a Swedish-founded company with headquarters in Stockholm. Our SaaS product is designed to help marketing teams own their performance. Founded in 2014 in Stockholm, and still founder-led, the Funnel team has grown with our customers – serving more than 2,000 companies from our Stockholm, Boston, Dublin, Sydney and Hamburg offices.
We have always put the customer first, expressed in a no-commission sales model and a customer-centric development approach. We are proud to help companies such as Havas Media, Adidas, Sony, and Home Depot to unlock the true impact of their data.

Responsibilities:

  • Email & Calendar Management: Keep the CEO’s inbox organized, prioritizing important messages and ensuring everything is followed up on. Ensure the calendar is up-to-date and optimized.
  • Board and executive support: Help set up board meetings, manage communication with board members, and prepare any necessary documents.
  • Travel Arrangements: Handle travel plans, including booking flights, finding places to stay, and putting together travel itineraries.
  • Expenses: manage expense reports.
  • Logistics & Events: Coordinate meetings and logistical arrangements.
  • Proactive planning: Review future schedule and tasks for the CEO on a regular basis to ensure everything is properly prepared and arranged in time for all meetings and events.
  • Personal Tasks: Occasionally assist with the CEO’s personal tasks, treating them with the same level of professionalism and care as work-related duties.
  • Support for broader exec team: Occasional support for other tasks as needed by other members of the executive team.
