Requirements:
- A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience directly related to executive assistant duties.
- Bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to the Performance Work Statement, or an additional six (6) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint, and MS Teams.
- Experience with organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadline
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to senior Federal managers. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle correspondence, and assist with travel arrangements. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to supporting various program offices as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior Federal managers.
- Maintain executive daily schedules and manage interdepartmental calendars.
- Handle the intake of calls and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Coordinate and prepare domestic and international travel arrangements, including authorizations, vouchers, itineraries, and associated briefing materials (experience with Gov Concur is preferred).
- Assist with cross-support for other program offices as needed to ensure organizational goals are met.
- Other duties as assigned.
