Description:
This position will provide senior level, confidential administrative support to the Chief Administrative Officer, Director of Community Services and the Director of Communications and Strategic Development. This position must work in cooperation with Council, Managers, County staff, ratepayers, other levels of Government and the public. This position may be asked to provide support to the other Executive Assistants within Sturgeon County.
Responsibilities:
OTHER RELATED DUTIES (15%)
- Provides back-up relief for the Chief of Staff and other Executive Assistants when required.
- Undertakes special projects and assignments as directed.
- Remains part of the Information Management Team.
- Performs annual file review for confirmation of destruction dates with Chief of Staff on behalf of the CAO Office and Council.
- Adheres to applicable responsibilities and accountabilities as outlined in the Sturgeon County Health and Safety Management System.
