QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a C-level Executive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate and work independently.

Responsibilities:

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AS THE EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

As the Executive Assistant, you are the cornerstone of our leadership team, ensuring that our CEO and executives operate smoothly and efficiently. Your role is vital in maintaining seamless operations, facilitating effective communication, and driving the success of our initiatives.

Here are the main responsibilities for this role:

  • Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s objectives and priorities, maintain confidentiality, and act as the primary liaison for all executive requests.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Oversee and optimize the CEO’s calendar, organize meetings and travel, and prepare agendas and materials for presentations.
  • Administrative Management: Streamline administrative tasks, handle expense reporting, manage special projects, and foster strategic relationships within the organization.
