Description:

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Professional certifications are a plus).
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in corporate settings.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for seamless collaboration with executives and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in office software and technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional time management and prioritization capabilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic work environments and changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Professional demeanor and conduct in representing executive leadership.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs.
- Ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently and independently.
- Willingness to undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
