Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Min. 2 years of related work experience preferred
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10am – 7pm
  • Work Location: City Hall
  • Salary: Up to $4500

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of EA support on a day to day basis
  • Handle calendar management and scheduling
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, document filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
  • Handle travel arrangements, including flight reservation and hotel accommodations
  • Manage stationery supply, office equipment and pantry supply
  • Respond and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence
  • Handle confidential documents
  • Prepare reports, documents and presentation materials
  • Attend meetings, take detailed minutes and follow up on action tasks and deliverables
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, partners and internal team
  • Provide secretarial support to other Executive Committee members when needed
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned
