We are looking for an Executive Assistant for our founders to join us on this exciting journey!
Your mission

As our Executive Assistant at Prewave, you will help our existing Executive assistant with different tasks, such as:

  • Managing complex calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings for our founders, ensuring efficient use of their time
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements for the founders, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
  • Assisting with organization of various events
  • Facilitating meetings with investors and help with presentations, documents, meeting notes, surveys
  • Preparation of meetings and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, clients, vendors, and partners, to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration
  • Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by our founders

Your profile

Must haves

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, supporting senior-level executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in using productivity tools such as MS Office and Google Workplace Suites and scheduling software
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
  • Valid work permit for Austria
  • Fluent in English language, both spoken and written. German language is a big plus
