Responsibilities:
- Managing complex calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings for our founders, ensuring efficient use of their time
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements for the founders
- Assisting with organization of various events
- Facilitating meetings with investors and help with presentations, documents, meeting notes, surveys
- Preparation of meetings and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, clients, vendors, and partners to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration
- Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by our founder
