Executive Assistant
NHS Agenda for Change, Band 5 - £22,128 - £28,746 per annum
Part Time - 15-22hrs per week
Based at Trust HQ, Crawley(with travel across the Trust)
This is a flexible role, with hybrid working opportunities
6 month role Fixed Term/Secondment
The Trust is seeking an experienced and professional individual to provide a comprehensive Executive Assistant support to the Chair and Senior Independent Director.
The postholder will be highly organised to successfully ensure the smooth running of the office and with excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with both internal and external contacts. The ideal candidate will have extensive diary management experience, with the ability to develop effective systems and strategies to manage the efficient use of time and workload for the specified Director.
We are open to ensure the hours match the right candidate and therefore are open to agree the right contract for the right person. The role will be hybrid, but in-office working will be required.
The hours available will be between 15-22.5 hours per week, with the working pattern to be agreed but potentially split over 3 working days.

Extensive experience working as a personal assistant or project support at a senior level in a large, multi-professional organisation
Degree level or equivalent experience
Advanced software and keyboard skills - Word, Excel, Powerpoint
