Compensation Range:
Anticipated Base compensation rate is in the range of $39.00 - $46.80 / Hour depending on qualifications and experience.

Expectations:
Provide advanced administrative and secretarial support for the CCO and the Board of Directors (ad-hoc) demonstrating the ability to assume responsibility without direct supervision, exercising initiative and judgment and making decisions within the scope of assigned responsibilities. Contribute to a positive and professional work environment in the office of Administration. This position requires working with physician leaders and providing high level of support for clinical research committee and quality board. This position requires flexibility of hours.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent with some college level courses.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
Minimum five (5) years advanced administrative/secretarial experience. Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite products including MS Teams and hybrid meeting environments. Experience with large language model ethics background and prompt engineering would be preferred.
SKILLS:
Must possess a mastery of office skills, proficiency in the use of various software and word processing packages, typing at 60-70 wpm accurately.
Maintains ability to manage time and organize a heavy workload, work independently on work assignments and exercises initiative and sound judgment.
Demonstrates ability to perform well under pressure producing high quality results under tight time constraints.
Possesses excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Demonstrates ability to maintain professional level of comportment and be sensitive to issues of confidentiality.
Consistently communicates effectively orally and in writing and demonstrates ability to proofread, edit and reformat letters and reports, and to compose written responses to correspondence.
