QUALIFICATIONS

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
  • Experience in managing expense reports and diary management
  • Administrative Assistance skills
  • Excellent organization and time management abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Accelerate.
  • The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing expense reports, coordinating diary management, and offering general administrative assistance.
  • Act as the point of contact on behalf of the CEO to executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
  • Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
  • Oversee the performance of other clerical staff to ensure the operational performance of the CEO’s office.
  • Act as the CEO’s office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage the CEO’s calendars and set up meetings
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Organize and maintain the CEO’s documentation and office filing system.
