QUALIFICATIONS
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
- Experience in managing expense reports and diary management
- Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent organization and time management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Experience in a similar role is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Accelerate.
- The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing expense reports, coordinating diary management, and offering general administrative assistance.
- Act as the point of contact on behalf of the CEO to executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- Oversee the performance of other clerical staff to ensure the operational performance of the CEO’s office.
- Act as the CEO’s office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage the CEO’s calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Organize and maintain the CEO’s documentation and office filing system.
