They will oversee and manage the flow and exchange of information, streamline interactions, and facilitate initiatives on behalf of the CMO. This full-time position reports directly to the CMO and is based in Nashville.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree, preferred

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Minimum 2 years supporting an C-level executive (CMO, CFO, CEO)
  • 2 years Marketing
  • 3 years project coordination
  • 3 years MS Office Suite, expense report completion, scheduling, etc
  • Advanced organizational skills
  • Advanced scheduling and task accomplishment skills
  • Member or attending an evangelical Christian church

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an accurate and detailed, multiple time zone calendar for the CMO
  • Prioritize tasks and projects daily, monitor all emails, documents, or materials
  • Draft internal and external communications and correspondence on behalf of CMO
  • Oversee the creation of briefing documents, including talking points, event briefings, etc
  • Organize internal and external meetings
  • Collaborate with other administrative assistants to successfully coordinate schedules across teams
  • Manage all travel arrangements and reservations for CMO
  • Track and reconcile monthly credit card statements
  • Complete and submit timely expense reports
  • Provide special project support to the CMO, liaising with other teams
  • Assist with PowerPoint creation and editing
  • Assist with technology set up / troubleshooting for meetings
  • Perform any other relevant duties as assigne
