Responsibilities:
POSITION PURPOSE & SCOPE:
Under the direct supervision of the Chief Program Officer, the Executive Assistant to the provides confidential, high-level administrative support to the CPO, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the CPO’s office. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong interpersonal skills, exceptional writing and computer skills, and the ability to handle social media management. The Executive Assistant is responsible for maintaining confidentiality, adhering to organizational guidelines, and managing a diverse range of tasks including social media oversight.
TYPICAL DUTIES:
Administrative Support:
- Develop and maintain a routine process for updating and keeping the CPO informed on all daily activities, messages, appointments, external and internal inquiries, and tasks.
- Manage the CPO’s calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Coordinate and assist with the completion of projects including research, documentation, spreadsheets, development, presentation design, and tracking plan performance; maintain paper and electronic filing systems for all necessary documents in compliance with applicable laws.
- Draft agendas and minutes for meetings; prepare briefing materials as needed.
- Produce timely, accurate, and complete correspondence, reports, and other business documents in a professional manner.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist others, as needed, to support the overall needs of the organization.
- Prepare materials necessary for the CPO to provide reports at board meetings and other relevant events.
- Handle additional administrative tasks, as required
